I have been lucky to have a varied professional career of Mechanical Engineering Design, in the sector of Built Environment, with the aim of constantly pushing towards to a Sustainable Model for Construction. The size of Project has ranged from a City (Masdar, Abu Dhabi) too working on small Residential units. The principle reason for the variation of experience is the personal choice of undertaking a long programme of Research and Development, to develop viable Sustainable HVAC applications. All funded personally by undertaking Engineering Design Consultancy Contracts in large commercial Projects.

Have always looked for a Project that can provide personal and professional challenges, providing me the opportunity to design, apply and use the wide range of innovative technologies that are presently available. One of my principle objectives as a Sustainable Consultant and Project/Design Engineer has been to constantly evaluate innovative technology, with the ultimate aim to provide an Sustainable and energy efficient solutions that are also cost-effective.

At present, the Construction industry has to go through a 'Deep Innovative' based Change, in how Buildings are to be designed and built sustainably, to reduce significantly the occupants Carbon footprint, and promote a Sustainable Lifestyle. Sustainable Buildings will need a combination of technologies to function, to ensure the occupants can live comfortably, without impacting further on the Environment

During the COVID period individuals have come to the realisation that an urgency of change is required, whilst our surrounding world seems to continue on without changing. Collabrative skills will have to become more important, to educate and enthuse other individuals with the knowledge of the Sustainable systems that can be designed and installed.

This has started the creation of an ambitious web based Platform to Disseminate, Engage and Empower other Stakeholders, based on publishing Solutions, with technical open-source data and a collaborative ethos. The NetGreen.eu Platform
